8. PROCESSING OF YOUR CV BY OUR SMART CV AI TOOL
When your profile is selected to be presented to one of our clients and you have confirmed your agreement, Freelance.com reformats your CV using its artificial intelligence tool Smart CV in order to present it in line with our professional standards.

Smart CV restructures the layout of your CV and harmonises its written content. It does not carry out any evaluation, scoring or automated decision-making concerning you. Each reformatted CV is checked by a Freelance.com employee before being sent. Non-professional personal data contained in your CV (photo, date of birth, nationality, etc.) are not carried over into the document produced.

The processing is carried out entirely within the Freelance.com information system, hosted in the European Union. No data leaves this system.

Retention: Your source CV is deleted upon conversion. The reformatted CV is retained for 3 years after the last interaction if your profile is active, and 2 years otherwise.
