FIELDS OF SKILLS : Projects in Engineering : (Automotive, Aerospace Industry, others) • Develop Projects (studies) using the optimization tools (simulations, six sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Mechanical sizing, training, ...). • Initiate and follow the development processes by optimizing the available resources (staffing, planning, budget ...). • Manage a team in project development : coordinate actions for internal and external resources, facilitate meetings at different stages of the project, ensure reporting to project management. • Provide innovative ideas, writing of application innovation grants folders, follow the filing of patents and/or trademarks. • Optimize projects : make the initial diagnosis, identify areas to optimize (value analysis, brainstorming, benchmarking studies, product aesthetic design ...), list all sources of costs in a project, develop an optimized Business Model and after an optimized Business Plan, perform the complete final diagnosis (Engineering, Industrialization, Process, Quality, Production, Purchasing, Sales ...). Areas of Expertise : • Mechanical and hydraulic, electric, mechanical systems. • Quality: development, products, suppliers. And expertise in LEAN Engineering and LEAN Manufacturing. • Hydraulic simulation expert (with Amesim software). • Automotive hydraulic actuators (high pressure and low pressure). • Electric motors and actuators, sensors and electrical systems, electrical controls.
