Development of a banking mobile application ProblemSWISS4, as a new company incubated by JAR Capital, wanted to offer a mobile application to the clients of JAR Capital (family office).This project offer services such as digital onboarding, account management, conciergerie, trading, card management, payments, reporting, e-bill, corporate accounts, e-banking.TasksIn the role of Senior Software Engineer, I helped starting the project with the manager of Twist Lab (Swiss4 external CTO) and another developer. We setup the product backlog, started the implementation and hired developers and the Senior Technical Team within Swiss4.ActionsSetup of Azure (cloud services and DevOps). We started the development of the project (.NET backend, iOS mobile application). We looked for candidates and interviewed them in collaboration with Swiss4, to help them creating the internal team. My technical role was to work on the .NET backend (WEB API) and the database (MariaDB)OutcomeDelivered a first version of the digital onboarding and trading features. Started the specification and implantation of the CBS (Core Banking System). The internal teams of Swiss4 was operational by June 2022 and they keep on developing the product.
