Par conséquent, je suis le mieux placé pour aider mes clients sur des projets qui : - Visent à explorer de nouvelles idées et opportunités business (Innovation, gestion du changement, stratégie de croissance, lancement de nouvelles offres…) - Ont du sens par une approche collaborative (Conception et animation d’ateliers, co-construction, partenariat…) - Se concrétisent en actions concrètes et ont un impact (Test en direct, preuve de concept, suivi opérationnel au-delà de la feuille de route/plan d'action Je me considère comme généraliste et peux travailler sur des projets dans n’importe quel secteur. Cependant, mes missions passées concernaient : Le transport et logistique (5 missions) Le luxe (4) L'assurance (3) Le SaaS (1) -- As a management consultant, a tech entrepreneur and a creative writer, I've always worked with an optimistic mindset towards the future. Therefore, I will best help my clients on projects that : - Aim at exploring new business ideas and opportunities (Innovation, change management, growth strategy, launching new offers...) - Make sense through a collaborative approach (Workshop design and animation, co-construction, sparring-partnership...) - Convert into concrete actions & impact (Live testing, proof of concept, operational follow-up beyond roadmap/action plan...)
